Refer a Friend - Terms and Conditions

All bonuses from our ‘Refer a Friend’ promotion are issued to you and your referred friend according to the following terms and conditions:

1. This Refer a Friend promotion is in effect for all referrals to Winner Casino on and after May 1, 2009.

2. In this promotion the following definitions shall apply: “Referrer” is the person inviting friends to play; and “Referred Friend” is the person being invited to Winner Casino.

3. The Referrer is an existing Winner Casino depositing player that has made at least 1 deposit within the last 30 days, and a total of at least 3 deposits since opening the Winner Casino account, who invites his/her friends to play at Winner Casino using our “Invite Your Friends to Play” form.

4. The Referred Friend must be a new Winner Casino player that does not already have an account under any other name or alias, and makes his/her first deposit within 7 days of signing up.

5. The Referrer and the Referred Friend are only entitled to a Refer a Friend Bonus if the Referred Friend downloaded the Winner Casino software through the link supplied in the e-mail sent to him/her by the Referrer using the “Invite Your Friends to Play” form.

6. Winner Casino will pay the Referrer a bonus of $/£/€50 for each Referred Friend he/she brings to play at Winner Casino. This bonus will be paid as listed in Clause 7 below. In addition, Winner Casino will pay each Referred Friend a bonus of $/£/€25, paid as listed in Clause 8 below.

7. The Referrer will receive the $/£/€50 bonus the day after the Referred Friend has downloaded and installed the Winner Casino software, opened an account, and made a first deposit of at least $/£/€20. We ask that the Referrer wager this bonus at least 12 times before making any withdrawal requests.

8. The Referred Friend will receive his/her $/£/€25 bonus within 72 hours from the time he/she has downloaded and installed the Winner Casino software, opened an account, and made a first deposit of at least $/£/€20. We ask that the Referred Friend wager this bonus at least 12 times before making any withdrawal requests.

9. Both the referrer and referred friend must meet all the above stated requirements in order for either party to be eligible for the Refer A Friend bonus.

10. The Referred Friend and Referrer must not be from the same household or IP address.

11. Winner Casino reserves the right to change or end this promotion at any time.
